What it means

Eleven new blueprints, and ten of them are the same suit of armor wearing two different outfits. The Monolith set arrives as arms, core, legs, helmet and backpack, each in plain and in Shadowflux, along with an F55 LMG that also went Shadowflux, presumably so it would not feel left out at parties.

Here is the part your quartermaster actually needs. The Shadowflux pieces and the F55 come from Wikelo's Collector missions, the long-running arrangement in which an enthusiastic alien trades you very good things for an alarming quantity of other things. The plain Monolith pieces come from nowhere at all yet: no mission, vendor or event in this build hands them out, so their blueprint pages say so instead of sending anyone on a quest nobody has written.

Nothing was removed and nothing was re-costed, so every stockpile laid in for 4.10.1 is still the right stockpile. Two names changed because CIG fixed them: the DayBreak power plant and the Goliath quantum drive spent 4.10.1 introducing themselves as FullForce and FoxFire. Two changed because the game's own text slipped. In 4.10.2 the Antium arms call themselves an Antium Helmet Jet, and the Antium Jet helmet calls itself an Antium Core Jet, which makes for a confusing inventory and a very confusing mirror. They still craft arms and a helmet respectively. Hangarworks shows the names the game shows, so the confusion is at least consistent.

On the ship side, the Constellation Mk V Centaurus and the Skylark join the fleet, the Origin X1 and X1 Force each found room for one more hardpoint, and a small mountain of liveries arrived, most of them for Constellations, which by now must be the best-dressed ships in the verse.
