Hangarworks is an independent, fan-made tool for Star Citizen organizations, built and maintained by a single developer - me, Noel; aka Ilucide. I'm a games industry veteran myself - almost a quarter century making games across half the globe. I've worked on titles like EverQuest II, The Division 1 & 2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and Horizon: Hunter's Gathering. I'm dipping my toe into making tools for games I love, and this just happens to be my first full effort. Hangarworks isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Cloud Imperium Games.

Yes. Everything Hangarworks does is free for every player and every org: the blueprint catalog, the crafting planner, your personal tracking, and all the org tools, including the full ledger history and export.

It's kept running by its patrons on Patreon. Every patron gets the premium color themes, a supporter badge in their orgs and preview builds of new features. Commodore and Admiral patrons can also boost an org they belong to, which turns on the extras there: Discord ops-calendar sync and the Living Market.

The one limit is size. An org holds up to 50 members, because big orgs are what actually drive the hosting bill. If yours needs more room, get in touch through the support page and we'll sort something out.

Absolutely, and thank you. The biggest help is simply using Hangarworks with your org and telling other players about it. Sharing feedback and bug reports makes it better for everyone, too.

Nothing sudden. Your org keeps everything it had until the end of the period you paid for. A subscription bought on the website won't renew after that. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel it in your App Store subscriptions so Apple doesn't renew it.

The features it paid for are now free for everyone anyway, apart from the extras that come with a boost. Thank you for backing Hangarworks early.

My sole-proprietor company here in the Netherlands, and the name you'll see on a receipt for a theme or an older subscription. Don't want to evade paying taxes!

I mostly just don't want to deal with the hassle of people looking through my stuff. It's overhead I don't have time for right now. Maybe this will change in the future, but between building this app, and other life stuff, I just don't have the time or energy to handle something else. This might not be a satisfactory answer for everyone, but it's the one I have.
